
Begin by pushing dough ball flat with both hands.

Using your finger tips push the dough away from your body stretching the dough out. Start close to the edge of the dough. Using the other hand turn the dough clockwise and continue stretching the dough out until desired size and thickness. Make sure you continue turning the dough or the pizza base won’t become round.

Place pizza dough on a floured pizza slice and cover with desired toppings.

With a floured rolling pin, flatten dough ball by pushing rolling pin away from the body.

Continue rolling by turning the base around 180c and rolling pin away from the body until you have the desired size and thickness of the pizza base.

Make sure you continue turning the dough or the pizza base will not form round. Place pizza dough on a floured pizza slice and cover with desired toppings.
