This is a wonderfully, unstuffy book written by the very charming and incomparable Theo Kalogeracos. Theo shares some of himself, his family history and has some thought provoking ideas about cooking pizzas. He really pushes the boundaries when it comes to his toppings. I really love this book. It tantalizes me with every turn of the page!!!!

We had a pizza night last saturday, I made my Margarita with fresh basil pesto that I had purchased that morning from our farmers market, this was a winner. We then went onto other meatier ones, also winners, but I had one ball of dough left and we decided to try a sweet pizza!!!!!!!!!!!we spread half with crunchy peanut butter, slices of banana and some tiny Red Tulip dark chocolate easter eggs, then folded it and sealed the edges well so the choocy didn't run out, it was a calzone really.
Well this was a smash hit..I cut this into four..but I think next time I would make each person an individual one, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with icecream.
Well that's the diet blown this week.

Sorry for the late reply. Have been holidaying in the wonderful south west of our State. Not sure if Theo's book was distributed interstate. It was certainly popular here.
